Minister: border rail track question requires a regional decision

Latvian Foreign Minister, Baiba Braže, said on December 17th that there should be a readiness to demolish the railway tracks leading from Latvia into Russia "if necessary" – but stopped short of saying that such a measure was indeed necessary, in her view.
