Liepāja 'green hydrogen' project takes a step forward

An ambitious project to build a 'green hydrogen' plant in Liepāja, Latvia's third-largest city, has taken a step forward with the signing of a memorandum of understanding between hydrogen producer and terminal operator SIA CIS Liepaja and wind energy producer SIA Vindr Latvia, reports Labs of Latvia.
