LTV: Pro-Kremlin activist detained by security service

The State Security Service (VDD) has conducted searches at two locations in Jelgava, and has detained one person as part of criminal proceedings, with unofficial information available to Latvian Television (LTV) indicating that the detainee is pro-Kremlin activist Viktors Guščins.
