Mini mitten exhibition in Valmiera helps fulfill man's lifelong dream

In anticipation of Christmas, the employees of the Valmiera Integrated Library have decided to help fulfill the dream of Ojārs Sausiņš, a resident of Valmiera, to enter the Guinness Book of Records with the world's smallest hand-knitted mittens.
