Latvian officials make their way to Munich for annual security conference

The discussions and sometimes oddball speechifying of the World Economic Forum in Davos may still be ringing in the ears of presidents and prime ministers across Europe and beyond, but already the international geopolitical debating circus is rolling on to the Munich Security Conference (MSC) in Germany, with several Latvian participants set to check in to the venue at the luxury Hotel Bayerischer Hof from February 13th to 15th.
