Latvia signs up to International Claims Commission for Ukraine

On 16th December 2025, at a diplomatic conference in The Hague, Latvia's ambassador to the Netherlands, Solvita Āboltiņa, signed on Latvia's behalf the Convention establishing the International Claims Commission for Ukraine.
