'For Stability!' party fails to live up to its name yet again

The Latvian political party named 'Stabilitātei!' (For Stability!) singularly failed to live up to its name on February 18th with Latvian Television reporting that its parliamentary faction had disbanded following the departure of another of its members of parliament, Dmitrijs Kovaļenko.
