Following recent municipal elections in Estonia, the new coalition in Valga, situated on Estonia's southern border right next to Latvia's Valka (the towns were once a single city, Walk) wants to cooperate more closely with Latvia and plans to advocate for the region in both Tallinn and Rīga, reports ERR News.
