Baltic Assembly meeting in Rīga

On November 14th the representatives and the Speakers of the Baltic parliaments, and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Baltic States come together in the Saeima, the Parliament of Latvia, for the 44th Session of the Baltic Assembly and the 31st Baltic Council.
